3. Returns

You can return any faulty product up to 14 days after the invoice date for a replacement. We will not accept any return after 14 days from the purchased date unless it is a warranty claim within it's warranty period. Any product returned must be in as new condition and in its original packaging. Products returned to us not in this condition, unfortunately will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning item(s) to us. We will incur all return shipping fees for any defective item(s) replaced.
This applies to all returns without exception.

Any goods returned within the allowed 14 day period due to a Purchaser error or returned products evaluated not to be Faulty will be given a choice between store credit or product exchange for all Non-Defective returned merchandise.

We reserve the right to determine whether or not a product is defective. This applies to all sales without exception.

If the returned product is verified faulty: The product will be replaced as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product. You are entitled to a refund (within 14 days of purchase) for the total value of the your order minus any shipping fees (applies to verified defective returned merchandise only). You may also request store credit to use towards a future purchase.

Any item that is verified as working, and has been soldered upon is NOT eligible for a refund.
Any item that is not in its original condition for another reason is NOT eligible for a refund.
No exceptions to this whatsoever.

4. Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.
We are confident that you will be delighted with your product and our service but if you find it necessary to return a defective item, we have an efficient process to expedite your return request.
