Payment Information

We accept the following forms of payment

For Australia Customers:

  • Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard)
  • Bank Deposit
  • Pay Pal
  • Eftpos (For in store purchases)
  • Cash (For in store purchases)

Credit Cards

  • There are no extra charges for payment via credit card for online purchases only.
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard only, we currently do not accept AMEX or Diners Club
  • Your credit card details are entered on an SSL secured page, for your piece of mind.
  • Credit card details are not stored on our database in full. Only a couple of numbers for our reference
  • Once you place an order with us and it has been processed, it will be impossible to stop the process from going through. Please ensure you have ordered what you want. As all orders are final. Please refer to the Shipping and Returns policy for more information.
  • Every time you create an order with us, you give us permission to charge your credit card for that amount that appears on your invoice.
  • Cancelations (only if possible) via credit card come with either a 20% fee of your total order, or $20, whichever is higher. So please be absolutely certain your order is correct before confirming it.
  •  If you get your details wrong and we cannot fix them, you will be emailed and asked to process another order.
  • All orders are charged in AUD (Australian dollars). If you are from a country other than Australia, the most accurate way to tell what that is in your currency is by visiting www.xe.com 
  • Please double check all details when entering credit card details. As wrong information will delay your order significantly.

Direct bank deposit/transfer for Australians Customers:

  • You can put the money straight into our bank account (the account details will be emailed to you when you create an order)
  • There is no way we can tell who the order is from unless you leave your order number as the reference. You do this easily if you are depositing the money over the net, if you are going to the bank in person you need to tell the teller to leave the order number. No letters, no product description, no names, just the numbers.
  • Bank accounts are not required to transfer money into our account. Simply take any money you wish to transfer into account to any Bendigo Bank in your area to do so.
  • Bank transfers sometimes 'clear' right away, but they will NOT appear in our bank account until a day later.
  • Bank deposits made after 3:00pm will not be in account until 2 days later. I.e. deposit made on 6pm on Tuesday will not be in our account till Thursday morning
  • Bank transfers made after 3:00pm on Friday, or on the weekend will not be in our account until Tuesday morning
  • You will get an email from us the day your money clears letting you know. If you haven't heard from us in a while, email us to check on the status.
