We have same day dispatch for credit card orders placed before 3pm Mon - Fri.
Orders that are shipped within Australia have three main shipping methods to choose from.

1. Registered Post, 1-5 business days

Benefits of Registered Post within Australia
  • A unique identification number for every article
  • Proof of posting is available only when an article is presented at a post office counter and accompanied by a Registered Post lodgement form (required for all enquiries or claims)
  • A signature obtained on delivery
  • Compensation of up to $100 is included.

2.Express Post Overnight

This service is an overnight delivery to most of Australia. As long as the item is posted before 4pm. However the disadvantages of Express Post are that
-No Insurance available if lost
-No signature required

3. eParcel, 1-5 business days
(only used when sending large parcels)
  • A unique identification number for every article
  • Proof of posting is available only when an article is presented at a post office counter and accompanied by a Post lodgement form (required for all enquiries or claims)
  • A signature obtained on delivery
  • Signature required means its less likely to get lost
  • Partial online tracking.

Australian Registered Post:

How long will it take to get to my location
Usually 1 - 5 days, depending on your location.

Do I need to be home and can I track this online?
Someone will need to be home to sign for the item. If no one is available Australia post will leave you a small card in your letter box on where you can pick up your item, you will need some identification.
You cannot track registered post online, you can ring Australia post to check where your item is when it has arrived in your state.

Australian Express Post:

How long will it take to get to my location
Usually this service is an overnight delivery to most of Australia. As long as the item is posted before 4pm. However the disadvantages of Express Post are that

No, you don't have to be. If the item is small and fits in your letter box, it will be left there. If the item is larger, Australia post with knock on your door, if you are not home, they will either leave it at your door step, or will leave you a small card in your letter box on where you can pick up your item, you will need some identification You cannot track express post online, you can ring Australia post to check where your item is when it has arrived in your state.

What happens if an item is lost?

If an item is lost in the post, we will work with you to find the article. If a lost article was sent by registered post, it may take some time to process a refund or replacement.

Express post items cannot be insured at all. If Australia post lose an item, a maximum of $50 is available for compensation, if and only if the fault is with them. Keep in mind that no compensation is available AT ALL if you write down the wrong shipping address.
